MentorU is a Maximus Partners’ program that connects experienced finance professionals and business leaders with high school and college students who want practical guidance, career exposure, and real-world perspective.

Through one-to-one mentorship, participants gain direction, confidence, and insight from professionals who have built successful careers and understand how the business world actually works.

Current mentors include Maximus Partners’ employees and leaders from client and partner organizations. The goal is simple: connect capable students with proven leaders and let experience do what textbooks cannot.
